December was the month when my father departed….
The month of my brother’s birthday
The month when I arrived in the middle of a cold, cold winter.

As December arrives, a year is to be passed
And another one is to come.
As we struggle to give this year an ending worthy of fond remembrance,
May hopes of an even better tomorrow keep our spirits bright.
